These Terms & Conditions explain the use of the ARCH & BARE website and the booking and delivery of our beauty services, including microblading, lip blushing, and brow lamination. Please read them before booking. Treatment-specific information and consent documents will be provided separately.

1. Website information

Our website provides general information about our services. It does not provide medical advice or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Service descriptions, images, availability, and prices may be updated. Changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted booking without your agreement or a right available under applicable law.

2. Appointments and booking confirmation

An enquiry or appointment request does not guarantee a booking. Your appointment is confirmed when ARCH & BARE provides confirmation of the service, date, time, location, and any applicable payment requirements. Please provide accurate contact information and review your confirmation carefully.

3. Prices, deposits, and payment

We will disclose the service price, applicable taxes, any required deposit, and what is included before you commit to a booking. Any additional service or charge requires your agreement. A touch-up or follow-up appointment is included only where expressly stated in your booking details.

If a deposit is required, we will explain how it is applied and the conditions for a refund or transfer before payment. These Terms do not impose a blanket non-refundable deposit policy.

4. Cancellations, rescheduling, and lateness

Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any notice period, cancellation charge, missed-appointment charge, or deposit consequence must be clearly disclosed and agreed to before booking, and must comply with applicable law.

Late arrival may mean the appointment needs to be shortened or rescheduled if there is insufficient time to provide the service appropriately. We will discuss the available options and any previously agreed charges with you.

If ARCH & BARE cancels an appointment, you may choose an available alternative appointment or a refund of amounts paid for the service we will not provide.

5. Consultation and suitability

Treatment is subject to an individual consultation and suitability assessment. Please disclose relevant allergies, medications, skin conditions, previous cosmetic treatments, existing pigmentation, and other information requested in your consultation or consent form. Tell us about changes before treatment begins.

We may postpone or decline a service where it is unsuitable, where necessary information or informed consent is missing, or where we cannot provide it safely. Any payment consequences will be discussed in accordance with the agreed booking policy and your legal rights.

Eligibility, age requirements, and any need for medical clearance will be explained before treatment. Booking alone does not establish suitability.

6. Informed consent

Before treatment, we will explain the proposed procedure, relevant risks, expected recovery or healing, aftercare, and any recommended follow-up. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and decide whether to proceed.

These website Terms are not a treatment consent form and do not replace an individual consultation. Agreeing to them does not waive claims for negligent treatment or rights protected by law.

7. Results and aftercare

Results differ between individuals. Photographs and examples illustrate possible outcomes and do not guarantee a particular appearance, symmetry, colour, retention, or duration.

We will provide aftercare instructions appropriate to your service. Please follow them and contact us with questions or unexpected concerns. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional if you believe you are experiencing a medical complication; do not rely on website information for diagnosis or emergency care.

8. Follow-up, concerns, and refunds

If you have concerns about your service, contact ARCH & BARE promptly so we can review them and discuss an appropriate response. Assessment of any follow-up treatment will take account of suitability and recovery.

Refund requests will be considered against the service agreement, the circumstances, and applicable consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes a refund or other remedy required by law. We do not guarantee that a concern can be resolved through additional treatment.

9. Photographs and personal information

Permission to take photographs for treatment records is separate from permission to publish them. We will obtain specific permission before using identifiable client photographs for website content, social media, advertising, or other promotional purposes. Refusing promotional permission will not affect access to treatment.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy law and the privacy information provided when it is collected. These Terms do not themselves give blanket consent to collect or disclose health information or to send marketing messages.

10. Website content and external links

Content owned by or licensed to ARCH & BARE may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission, except where permitted by law. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful material.

Links to third-party websites or booking providers are offered for convenience. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. This does not limit ARCH & BARE's responsibility for its own obligations.

11. Consumer rights and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to you. Nothing in them excludes statutory consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. No provision requires you to give up a legal remedy or submit a dispute to mandatory arbitration.

12. Updates and contact

Updated Terms will apply to future website use and bookings from their stated effective date. Existing bookings remain subject to the terms agreed when booked, unless a lawful change is agreed with you.
